Do I need to be home during the service?
Yes — someone needs to be present to provide access to the bike and sign off on the work. Your mechanic will confirm the exact arrival window with you.
What if I need parts?
Your mechanic carries the most common parts and will quote any additional parts before starting. You can also supply your own parts and we'll install them.
How long does a service take?
A basic tune-up is 45–60 minutes. A standard service is 60–90 minutes. A full overhaul is 2–3 hours. Your mechanic will give you an estimate at booking.
Is there a callout fee?
No callout fee for services from Wash & Tune upward. Small Jobs (from $19) do not include a mobile callout — your mechanic will confirm this when booking.
