Does the bike need to arrive before I book?

You can book before the bike arrives — just let your mechanic know the expected delivery date. We'll schedule the build for shortly after arrival so it's ready to ride as soon as possible.

What bike types do you build?

Road, MTB, full-suspension, hybrid, commuter, kids' bikes, cargo bikes, and eBikes — all brands, all configurations. For eBikes and full-suspension, select the Complex Assembly tier.

How long does a build take?

A Standard Assembly is around 90 minutes. A Complex Assembly (full-suspension or eBike) is 2–3 hours. A Custom Build from a frameset varies — your mechanic will give an estimate when you book.

Do I need to unbox the bike first?

No — leave it in the box. Your mechanic will unbox it as part of the service. If you've already started unpacking, that's fine too, just let us know when booking.

What if parts are damaged in transit?

Your mechanic will flag any transit damage before and during the build. You'll need to take this up with the retailer — most have straightforward replacement processes. We'll document what we find.

Does assembly come with a warranty?

Yes — all our workmanship is covered by a 30-day guarantee. Component warranties (frame, drivetrain, etc.) are between you and the manufacturer, but our build quality is guaranteed.
