What if you don't have the parts?
We carry a full range of common parts on every van. If something specific is needed, your mechanic will source it and return within 1–2 days — and you won't pay for parts until they're confirmed and fitted.
Is it more expensive than a bike shop?

How do I know the mechanic is qualified?
All MBM mechanics are qualified bicycle technicians. We hold Bosch, SRAM, RockShox, and FOX certifications across the network. Your mechanic's name and profile are confirmed when you book.
What if something goes wrong after?
Every service is covered by our 30-day workmanship guarantee. If anything isn't right after your service, contact us and your mechanic will return and fix it at no charge.
